Yeah, these are the kind of things that make you wonder sometimes. I'm sure the dog was having a wonderful time for the first couple of blocks, but after that being leashed to a bike probably got real old, real fast.
Sometimes people mean well, I'm sure. They just don't take the time to think things through.
Maybe tomorrow they should try it the other way around. Might give the owner a better perspective on their idea.
